Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Goods

No Regret Games is dedicated to ensuring you're completely happy with your purchase. As such, we've made our return policy as simple as possible. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We can't guarantee refunds outside of that window, but will work with each customer on an individual basis to resolve any issues.

If you've purchased but we have not shipped your order yet.

  • We offer a full money-back guarantee on any order that has not yet shipped. No muss, no fuss, no worries.

If you've purchased and we've shipped your order.

  • We will will be happy to refund the cost of the game, provided you return it unopened and undamaged within 14 days of delivery. We will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from the refund amount.

If you've purchased a multi-shipment order and the first shipment has already been sent.

  • If within the 14 days of delivery, we will refund the cost of the game, less return shipping costs.
  • If outside the 14-day window, we will work with you to either refund the portion of the order that has not shipped, or a pro-rated amount (less shipping costs) for the entire order, provided it is unopened and undamaged. 

Damaged or defective goods

  • We offer full replacements (when possible) or refunds (when a replacement is not possible) for any games that are damaged during shipping. If a game arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund the item. 
  • If you receive an order with defective items, please contact us and we will work with the manufacturer to obtain replacement parts. 

If you've requested a special order item.

  • If you've requested a special order (something we do not normally carry, something extra available via pledge manager, etc), these are NOT refundable items.

Important note: due to the Paypal Policy update of May 7, 2019, we will no longer be issuing refunds on PayPal transaction fees. If a transaction is paid via PayPal, we will issue a refund for the paid amount, less any fees incurred. Schedule of PayPal fees.
